PAINT FACILITY
Topcoat Facility
- ANI Having complete Top coat liquid painting facility after CED Coating or Phosphating. In this complete facility we have sealant application zone, Putty & sanding Zone, Tag rag zone, Downdraft pressurized paint booth & conveyorized Backing oven.
- Also ANI having auto paint mixing facility with pressure feed gun (Anest Iwata make)
- Capacity of the Facility – Present capacity of the paint booth is 8nos cabin including all child part in a 8hrs. shift.
